Set within beautiful Warwickshire countryside is Swallows Nest Barn, a stunning wedding and events venue on the edge of the Cotswolds.
The stylishly reinstated, 19th Century barn is steeped in character and set in a valley of beautiful private farm land, only five minutes from Warwick, and junction fifteen of the M40.
A contemporary glazed annex sits beautifully against the traditional brickwork of the main barn and the walled courtyard creates a stunning outside space.
The farm was bought by the current owners, David and Rachel, fourteen years ago. With two daughters engaged, the venue idea was sprung from within the family and the conversion work was completed for our first wedding in June 2014. The venue is managed currently by LMT Ltd, with our dedicated caterers, Lemon Zest.
The venue is still family owned, run by a small team with a focus on exceptional quality, personal service and attention to detail. Lemon Zest provide locally sourced, seasonal menus and a high standard of service, tailored to each couples’ requirements. We make sure that you have met each of us prior to your wedding day, leaving you in total confidence on the day that everything will be as you planned.
